Vinyasa Flow Basics
For beginners and those wanting to review what they know, or just to be a bit gentler.
Slowing things down in the heat of the day. Less strong than a full 'Vinyasa' class utilising elements of Yin Yoga.
Deconstructing postures (Asanas) to deepen your understanding. Focusing on alignment for a variety of body types. Pranayama (breath exercises) are explained and included, as are a variety of concentration techniques that lead towards meditation.
This style combines the precision of Iyengar Yoga and the dynamic aspects of Ashtanga Vinyasa.
ALL YOGA STYLES are Hatha Yoga.
Posture (Asana), breath based (Pranayama) and Dharana (Concentration).
Slow, calming and balancing. Some times with Vinyasa and some times not.
Introducing the basic principles of a safe and fun yoga practice. This class is great for beginners, and for those who want to revisit the foundations of intelligent movement within Yoga Asana.
