Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body than the way you feel, look and move. It even helps you with increased flexibility, muscle strength, and body tone. It improves respiration, energy, and vitality. It is celebrated internationally with a unique theme every year. An Open class presents classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat, drawn from the Focus of the Month essay, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation, and meditation. All Open classes include 14 points—asanas, meditation, and spiritual teachings—in a sequence creatively designed by the teacher. The Kaosikii or Kaos'ikii dance is a dance invented on September 6, 1978, by the Indian philosopher and social reformer Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar aka Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. Sarkar claims the kaos'ikii dance is a psycho-physical exercise that would benefit the mind by developing mental stamina and strength. Raty is a Social Media & IT Officer at AZAHAR Cambodia and a 300-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. She also holds a 200-hour certification and Fly Fit yoga certification from Yoga Soul Body Fit, recognized by the UK Yoga Alliance. She has attended several intensive yoga retreats offered by Yogeswari & Cat Alip and has also attended AZAHAR’s 2-year Peace Program. He completed a 200h teacher training by Yoga Soul Body Fit that was sponsored by the AZAHAR Foundation and is acknowledged by the UK Yoga Alliance in 2017. She has been teaching since 2015. Experience in teaching hundreds of students in groups and individually, live and online. Since 2005 she has been doing vocal practice. She has gone from being a rock vocalist to practicing and teaching vocal yoga since 2016. Since 2018 - active practice of Tarotpsychology, personal and group psychotrainings.
